RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Garamix, we are committed to delivering premium quality products. Due to the nature of food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

However, refunds or replacements may be provided in the following cases:

• Wrong product received
• Damaged package received
• Product missing from the order
• Product quality issue reported within 24 hours of delivery

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and package.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible for replacement only, subject to verification.
